Ingredients


  • 1 Baguette, cut into slices
  • 2 Tomatoes (deseeded, diced)
  • 2 tablespoon of Italian Basil Leaves (chopped)
  • 6 pieces of mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Half an Onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to season

Bruchetta with Mozarella

  1. In a big bowl, mix tomatoes, basil leaves, onion. Mix in balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Before serving, toast the baguette for 10 minutes
  4. Place the mozzarella cheese on the baguette and place the tomato mixtures on top of the mozzarella cheese.
