Ingredients


  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Salted Eggs
  • 100g Vegetarian Shark Fin(Soaked, approximately 25g Dry Vegetarian Shark Fin)
  • 2 Tablespoon of XO sauce

Vegetarian Fins with XO sauce

  1. Soak the Vegetarian Shark Fin for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the yolk of the salted egg into small pieces. Mix the white of the salted egg with the remaining 3 eggs (“egg mixture”).
  3. In a pan with oil under medium high heat, fry the yolk of the salted egg until bubbles are formed. Add Vegetarian Shark Fin and XO sauce. Finally add in the egg mixture and fry till fully cooked.
